Bear Ornament

Create a charming DIY bear ornament using Royal Lace® products! This fun craft will not only add a personal touch to your holiday decorations, but it is also simple and requires only a few materials. As a result, it is perfect for crafters of all ages.

To start, first, use a 4” Royal Lace® Silver Medallion doily as a beautiful backdrop for your bear. After that, you can gather the remaining materials needed to complete your ornament. Next, gather the other materials you will need, such as fabric, embellishments, and glue. After that, carefully follow the steps to ensure your bear turns out perfectly, adding a special charm to your holiday decor.

Now, bring your bear to life! For example, add fun details to its face, like a black sequin nose, shiny eyes, brown pom-pom ears, and a tiny pink felt mouth. Then, secure the bear’s head onto a sturdy toothpick. This will give it a solid base for easy display.

Additionally, folding the silver medallion doily in half creates a lovely collar effect. This adds a unique texture to your bear ornament. To begin with, simply use glue to attach the bear’s head to the doily. Finally, finish your ornament with an 8” ribbon hanger and a 6” bow for a classic, festive look.

Materials Needed:

    • 1 4” Royal Lace® Silver Medallion doily
